As an R&D developer, you will work to improve our software and technologies. The R&D developer works closely with occupational health and safety (OHS) experts and researchers, where he or she designs proof-of-concept prototypes, adapts them into minimum viable products, and facilitates integration into our product development teams.

THE POSITION
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Research, design, implement and test prototypes
- Provide technical documentation
- Provide support throughout the development of the prototype
- Act as facilitators in product development teams during the transmission of prototypes
- Propose new ideas and stay up-to-dateof industry trends and new technologies
YOUR PROFILE
Qualifications
- A university degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years experience in developing SaaS solutions
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages : C#, Python or JavaScript
- Experience with good software development practices such as TDD, continuous integration and agile methodologies
- A collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills
Assets
- Experience in artificial intelligence and/or optimization algorithms
- Experience in the field of occupational health and safety
- Articles published in conferences or scientific journals
- Professional level of English and French (written and spoken)
