Quality Assurance Technical Lead

The ideal candidate will be a true expert in his/her field, capable of integrating and mastering the latest QA technologies to continuously improve our platform. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a forward-looking test automation strategy, contributing to methodical problem solving and raising quality levels through your in-depth knowledge of current trends, particularly in artificial intelligence. Tasks and responsabilities

Continuously assess the relevance of CONFORMiT testing at all levels to ensure optimal coverage and effective deduplication.
Proactively engage with development and product management teams to embed quality testing early in the software development lifecycle.
Develop and implement innovative testing and automation tools.
Champion best practices in code testability, performance and maintainability.
Critically analyze test coverage and code quality metrics to systematically identify opportunities for improvement and drive the evolution of our QA practices.
Establish a rapid and efficient feedback system on test results.
Act as a benchmark to standardize practices and support skills development by providing training, mentoring and professional development for team members.
Ensure effective communication of progress, risks and quality issues within the team and to stakeholders.
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.

Your profile

Required Qualifications

Significant professional experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to : C#, Java, JavaScript and Python.
Mastery of test automation tools for user interfaces (UI) and application programming interfaces (API) such as Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Postman, k6, or equivalent.
Proven expertise in setting up continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or equivalent.
Experience using Docker and containerized architectures.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a highly agile and intensely iterative software development process.

Required Skills and Abilities

Experience in test data creation and management.
Passionate about continuous improvement and experimentation with new languages, tools and emerging programming paradigms.
