Home Office (Canada or Worldwide)
Develop, maintain and contribute to data governance practices, including database cleansing to ensure records synchronize between systems.
Monitor and ensure the performance of our website and related pages.
Implement campaign execution tasks, including the creation of programs, emails, landing pages, web form templates and A/B testing.
Advise and document best practices regarding marketing automation capabilities, testing and expected results.
Work with key stakeholders to guide, design and execute marketing automation campaigns and programs such as outbound, inbound, and nurturing campaigns.
Participate in market modelling efforts by designing tests and analyzing data to suggest growth opportunities.
Participate in the overall sales strategy by demonstrating a thorough understanding of the ideal customer profile, their issues, the appropriateness of the value proposition and unfair advantages.
Identify the latest marketing trends.
Collaborate with the product team, customer success managers and sales to develop strategies and tactics to strengthen the company’s reputation and generate qualified traffic to achieve growth objectives.
Participate in common marketing team tasks such as lead qualification calls, preparing and participating in sales events, planning “sprints”, writing and quality control on teammates’ work, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
Experience in email marketing in the B2B sector
Mastery of Google Analytics and Search Console.
Mastery of WordPress.
Set-up and follow up of email campaigns, particularly Google Ads.
Familiarity with LinkedIn campaigns.
Highly creative with excellent analytical skills.
Ability to balance autonomy and teamwork.
Resourcefulness, motivation and initiative.
Great attention to detail.
Stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing/growth.
Required Skills and Abilities
Experience with ZOHO One ERP or CRM.
Experience in B2B SaaS.
