Senior Account Executive – USA

US $150,000–$200,000 / OTE $300 000-400 00
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Account Executive is responsible for the full cycle sales process.
With a strategic position, the Account Executive will engage with prospects and successfully manage and lead buying juries to close new deals.
You will have a direct impact on CONFORMiT's growth by helping a $10 Billions EHS Software market adopt the most intuitive and business-focused operational risk solution available.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Sell CONFORMIT’s SaaS Solutions by focusing on acquiring new customers within the Mining & Metals industries.
- Manage 6-12+ month sales cycles, selling directly to a buying jury at site/facility level like Maintenance managers, Operation managers, EHS Managers, IT Managers, etc.
- Meet quarterly sales goals.
- Manage and maintain sales pipeline through forecasting, resource allocation, account strategies, and planning.
- Ensure all prospect interactions and meetings are accurately and consistently recorded in CRM, along with forecast and related prospect information.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the CONFORMiT SaaS and services.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to solve customers’ problems and move deals forward.
- Develop, present, and sell the company’s value proposition to prospective accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
- Maintain consistent and prompt response time with all clients.
- Penetrate key accounts, meet and develop business relationships with stakeholders.
- Occasionally, attend an industry-specific tradeshow to generate leads.
- Travel will be needed to understand customer challenges and build trust. You may expect to be on the road 25% of your time.
- Identify and document sales strategy to develop & capture targeted markets to meet revenue objectives.
Your profile
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Mastering Office 365 suite and modern sales technologies such as Sales Navigator, CRM and more.
- You can lead complex conversations in a highly consultative and proactive manner.
- Self-starter persona, dependable, and able to respond quickly and accurately on multiple priorities with empathy.
- Experience in selling to the Mining and Primary Metal Manufacturing industries.
