Product Marketing Manager

Tasks and responsabilities
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) for specific industries and personas
- Develop a deep understanding of the market, including competitors, trends, and customer needs, to identify opportunities, partnerships, and challenges that can drive value and growth.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure the product roadmap is aligned with optimizing Product Market Fit (PMF)
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities in the Operational Risk Management and EHS Software
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the product and capture target customers
- Create and manage marketing collateral, including sales tools, case studies, social medias and website copywriting
- Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that align with the product positioning and messaging
- Act as a brand and product ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, to gather feedback and insights for product improvement
- Communicate product updates, features, and benefits to both internal teams and external customers and prospects
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities and adjust strategies accordingly to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Your profile
Required Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA may be preferred.
- Experience: Several years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry. Experience in a leadership or managerial role may be beneficial.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS: A strong understanding of the B2B SaaS business model, including the sales cycle, customer journey, and subscription-based pricing models.
- Market research and analysis: Proficiency in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and gathering customer insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Product and industry knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the marketed product and a good understanding of the target industry and customer personas.
- Collaboration and communication skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer success. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to think strategically and align marketing efforts with business goals and objectives. Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and customer data to drive decision-making.
- Creativity and innovation: Ability to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and strategies to differentiate the product in a competitive market.
- Adaptability and agility: Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry, and the ability to quickly adjust marketing strategies based on market dynamics and customer feedback.
- Leadership and management skills: Strong leadership qualities to effectively manage and mentor a team and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
