Technology Operations Manager

As Technology Operations Manager at CONFORMiT, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our Technology Cohort, comprising more than 50 employees, spread across the globe, in roles in diverse areas such as software development, complex and innovative project incubation, product management, user experience, security, support and cloud operations. Working closely with the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), you will be their right-hand man, providing essential support to optimize processes, strengthen communication, and increase efficiency within the Technology Cohort. Tasks and responsabilities

  • Projects
    • Manage, track, and moderate Objective Key Results (OKRs) for the Cohort to ensure the team stays on track and understands points of attention throughout the quarter.
    • Conduct Cohort-specific mapping and skills improvement projects.
    • Actively seek out and hire globally distributed talent, train peers on candidate selection.
  • Communication
    • Conduct (bi)weekly one-on-one interviews.
    • Effectively manage escalations such as solving complex issues beyond a team’s skill set or resolving obstacles specific to customers and prospects.
  • Collaboration
    • Assist the Chief Technology Officer in maintaining and improving practices in place to measure and increase developer productivity.
    • Contribute to a climate of psychological safety.
    • Act as a reflective partner for the Chief Technology Officer with respect to new ideas and initiatives.
Your profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience leading IT operations.
  • Experience building, scaling and coaching large teams.
  • Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes.
  • Proven track record of improving product quality, safety and performance.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results with little supervision.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with ZOHO One ERP or CRM.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing support processes.
  • In-depth understanding of C# and Vue.Js, or other related languages.
  • Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes.
  • Stay up-to-date on recent advances in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
