Back-End Senior Developer

In a microservices-oriented, event-driven architecture, and within the GitOps framework, you will be responsible for all aspects of the services and domains that your team owns: from analysis, development, and quality to deployment, observability, and production performance. Saguenay (Québec) or Home Office (Canada or Worldwide)

Tasks and responsabilities

Collaborate on the design and development of new features
Participate in architectural and technological choices required for features
Develop and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, and functional)
Meticulously review code and mentor those around you
Participate in technical documentation for your development team.

Your profile

Required Qualifications

A university degree in computer science or a related field or relevant education.
At least 3 years of experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to: C#, Java, JavaScript, and Go
Solid understanding of testing principles

Required Skills and Abilities

Passionate and skilled in learning new languages and programming paradigms .
Knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
Professional level of English and French (written and spoken)
Ease of expression in both languages Versatility, positivity
