Involved in international business development, Maxime is constantly on the lookout for new risk management trends in order to translate them into CONFORMiT's EHS software solution.
Expert in occupational risk management, Ludovic has done dozens of CONFORMiT EHS software implementations. His objective is to help companies reduce their risk of accidents while optimizing for productivity. His listening and open-mindedness enable him to target and prioritize the needs of his clients.

Specialised in Artificial Intelligence and metaheuristic methods, Julien brings intelligence and automation to product development in order to maximize the speed of delivery of features, while combining quality, security and usability. He uses his interest for optimization and technologies to identify and concoct innovative solutions for the company and its clients.
Expert in project and change management, David has done dozens of CONFORMiT EHS software implementations over the years. In addition to accompanying clients throughout their implementation, he is also a key contributor in developing and fine tuning new EHS solutions. His driving motivation is to deliver exceptional services in a short timeframe without compromising quality.

She occupies a strategic role for the company, drawing on her experience in business development and strategic planning.

Nadia has 15 years of experience in human resources, mainly in talent acquisition. With people at the centre of her priorities, she is driven by new challenges and ensures good social relations between CONFORMiT employees. Nadia coordinates all activities related to the HR project, implements activities to spread the company culture, and ensures the successful integration of our new employees.

With more than 15 years of experience in the occupational health and safety field, Patrick has developed keen problem-solving skills and has acquired a high level of expertise in the management of EHS culture. He has worked in the mining, consulting engineering and industrial construction industry, taking advantage of his versatility and leadership.
Expert in Artificial Intelligence, Kévin Chapron joined CONFORMiT in 2021, to manage the R&D team and carry out every Innovation project. With its expertise in many areas of AI (more than a dozen scientific articles published), it allows innovative projects to start correctly and to overcome technological challenges.

With over 25 years of EHS management experience in the industrial sector, Monique is passionate about incident reduction, serious incident investigation, EHS risk management, occupational health and business continuity. Monique desires that the implementation of EHS solutions in companies will help stakeholders improve their EHS practices and that the information from these tools will allow for informed and efficient decision-making.
