Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Home office (Canada or Worldwide)


As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing, contacting, meeting and delivering qualified leads to Account Managers in order to build a sales pipeline! Participate directly in the international growth of a Quebec-based technology firm!

You will collaborate with the marketing team in the development and execution of a multi-channel outbound strategy (Social Networks, Email, Phone calls, etc.) in the targeted markets (USA, Europe). You will work in conjunction with our teams responsible for our unified risk management platform, converging the world of "EHS" (Environment, Health, Safety) and Sustainable Development (or ESG: Environment, Social, Governance)!

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Delight potential customers in every interactions
  • Participate in the process of acquiring new accounts in the targeted industries and markets
  • Qualification of leads that are provided by marketing campaigns
  • Address qualified opportunities to Account Executive (AE)
  • Participate in the development, optimization and implementation of lead qualification scripts and process
  • Research existing and prospective customers, identify key players and generate interest
  • Manage and ensure the quality of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software data



  • Good knowledge of technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual, proactive, curious and ambitious person!
