Working in a business growth context, the Technical Advisor – Customer Success works within the Customer Success team to provide first class technical assistance to ensure the satisfaction of our international clients.
Description of Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure customer success in using our SaaS platform.
- Work as a team with members of the Customer Success team, Project Managers, Sales Representatives and the DevOps Team.
- Evolve in a state-of-the-art containerized cloud infrastructure on Kubernetes.
- Participate in the maintenance of the virtualized infrastructure as well as Cloud systems (AWS).
- Provide support to administrative system, network and Internet users to ensure the success of our employees.
- Keep up-to-date in your field of expertise in a highly evolving context.
- • Professional study degree in Computer Support or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of French and English, spoken and written. The practice of English must be at a high enough level to support our clients in the United States.
- Assets: Knowledge of Jira Servicedesk, ITIL, IIS 6+ (Basic), SQL (Basic), Office 365, Sharepoint, VOIP Telephony, VMware ESX, Windows Server 2003+, Fortinet Firewall, Veeam Backup and Replication, Amazon Cloud.
- Act with tact and diplomacy.
- Be independent and enjoy working in a team.

- Be comfortable in a constant evolution environment.
