As Technical Advisor, Customer Success your main role in the short term will be to participate in legacy platform migration projects while providing first class technical support to ensure the satisfaction of our international customers and internal collaborators.

THE JOB
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Participate in legacy platform migration projects
- Evolving in a trendy Cloud infrastructure containerized on Kubernetes
- Participate in the maintenance of the virtualized infrastructure as well as the Cloud systems used (AWS)
- Provide support to administrative system, network and Internet users to ensure the success of our collaborators
- Keep up to date in your field of expertise in a highly evolving context
- Ensuring customer success in using our SaaS platform
- Work as a team with Customer Success Team members, project managers, sales representatives and the DevOps team

Skills
- Excellent knowledge of French and English, spoken and written
- Diploma of Professional Studies in Computer Support, Network Management or equivalent.
- Assets : Knowledge Zoho Desk, ITIL, IIS 7+(basic), SQL (basic), Office 365, Sharepoint, VOIP Telephony, VMware ESX, Windows Server 2008+, Active Directory, Fortinet, Veeam Backup and replication, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, AWS
